Manage enquiries, schedule bookings, manage waitlists, exit customers and provide general advice including processing customer payments as required.Respond to telephone, email and web enquiries whilst providing general advice to clients using call centre software.Communication of all booking changes to the team, and clients in a timely and efficient manner.Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Learning Links’ services and products.Communicate and liaise with relevant stakeholders regarding NDIS plans, schedules of support and service agreements.Maintain a high standard of privacy and accuracy of client records to support a seamless customer experience.Accurately and efficiently plan, execute and record complex administrative tasks.Manage time effectively and prioritise workload.Effectively and harmoniously work in a team environment.Essential Selection Criteria:At least 2 years’ experience in customer service/call centre and administrative roles;Exceptional customer service & people skills with a strong ability to effectively manage client conversations to achieve outcomes;Demonstrated high level of proficiency and initiative in scheduling people and resources;Demonstrated high level ability to accurately and efficiently plan, execute and record complex administrative tasks;Demonstrated time management and organisational skills with ability to manage and prioritise own workload and competing priorities in a busy work environment;Effectively and harmoniously work in a team environment;Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills; andDemonstrate an effective understanding and use of multiple IT platforms e.g Outlook, Word and Salesforce or similar CRM (desirable).Your teamOur Customer Care team at Learning Links are special.
