The role is Head of Brand and Communications and leads the Marketing and Communications function at Learning Links.About the roleThe successful applicant in this role is responsible for developing and implementing the Learning Links brand, communications, content and advocacy strategy and for overseeing and supporting the product marketing strategy as part of an integrated marketing strategy.  If you are successful, you will provide expertise and strategic communications advice and support to the CEO, leadership team, client services, fundraising and people and culture teams and ensure that a strong brand value proposition is effectively implemented across all channels and departments.In addition, the Head of Brand and Communications oversees the development and execution of all publications and assets, including the Impact Report, websites, social media channels, online and offline collateral, fundraising material and communications as well as the physical presentation and point of sale tools at Learning Links locations. You will be the key media contact person for Learning Links and drive the PR, communications and advocacy strategy supported by the CEO.There will be an important role for you to play in ensuring best-practice and innovative customer focused marketing communications and brand strategies are implemented that are informed by data, feedback and market research. This ensures that current and evolving digital technologies are utilised across the team and that marketing and communications activities support and achieve organisational strategic objectives.Reporting lineThe Head of Brand and Communications reports to the CEO and is represented on the leadership team.
