You will receive support and coaching to play to your strengths every day.Variety at work with exposure to working with and supporting multiple disciplines and programs (e.g., Psychology, Education, Speech, Early Intervention, and Fundraising activities etc.). Your key accountabilitiesEnsure the CRM (Salesforce), Finance program (FinancialForce) and other integrated programs are utilised in the most effective way.Work effectively with our outsourced IT Managed Services provider/s who provide staff with technical support and Telecommunications providersEnsure IT Systems are implemented, maintained, effectively utilised, and continuously developed.Ensure staff are provided with the training and support to enable them to use IT systems well.Maintain the IT Risk Register and a disaster recovery (DR) plan.Recommend systems and hardware improvements to meet current and future requirements. About YouBachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent.Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role.Salesforce administration or similar CRM experience is essential.Experience in Project Coordination – certifications desirable.Comfortable providing hands-on support as requiredManage IT budgets and preparing project business cases.Demonstrated understanding of technology issues such as security and privacy and ongoing interest in best practice protocols.The ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across teams in a busy working environment.Experience in the not-for-profit sector desirable. About usLearning Links is a not-for-profit organisation with over 50 years of experience in empowering children to learn and live a life unlimited by circumstance.
